Randi J. Silverman

Randi J. Silverman has been practicing law in Pennsylvania since 1987. Originally from Pittsburgh, she moved to the Johnstown area in 1990. Today, she focuses her practice on the many areas of family law, including divorce, custody, support, and pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements. She served as the chair of the Cambria County Bar Association Family Law Committee for a number of years. In March 2013, Attorney Silverman was included in the Who’s Who Publishers’ “Top 101 Industry Experts”. In October of 2014, Ms. Silverman was granted Fellowship in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers which recognizes significant achievement in family law and commitment to the highest degree of professionalism and excellence in the field. She serves on several committees, including the Board of Managers and Membership Committee for the AAML. Ms. Silverman is certified in the practice of Collaborative Law.

Phyllis Forman has over 30 years of legal experience, specializing in personal injury and Social Security disability law. A founding member of ST&F, Phyllis is passionate about protecting the rights of injured clients and ensuring they receive the compensation they deserve. Attorney Forman earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland in 1983, and a law degree from Widener University Delaware Law School in 1987. While at Widener, Phyllis was an active member of the Moot Court Honor Society. Admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1987 and the New Jersey Bar in 1988, Phyllis began her career as a tax attorney with a prominent accounting firm. She later transitioned to insurance defense work, serving as in-house counsel for leading insurance companies. This broad range of experience has given Phyllis a unique perspective to effectively represent clients in complex personal injury and disability cases. A founding member of ST&F, Phyllis, now “of counsel,” focuses her practice on helping clients navigate the often-challenging process of securing Social Security benefits and seeking justice for personal injuries.

Michelle A. Tokarsky

Michelle A. Tokarsky has been practicing law for nineteen years. She is a former Cambria County Court of Common Pleas Master and has experience in complex family law litigation, commercial transactions, estate planning and administration, and in advising non-profit organizations.

Abby Jo Panek is an associate attorney at Silverman, Tokarsky & Forman L.L.C. She helps clients facing difficult legal issues in areas like family law, criminal defense, and nonprofit management. She is dedicated to guiding clients through some of life’s toughest challenges with a compassionate, realistic, and solution-focused approach.

Cecilia Lynne Slifko

Cecilia L. Slifko is an associate attorney at Silverman, Tokarsky & Forman L.L.C. in Johnstown, Pennsylvania.
