Marc E. Chapdelaine

Attorney Marc E. Chapdelaine established Chapdelaine, Ryan & Associates in 2006 after receiving his J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law in 2002. He holds a B.A. from Stonehill College in 1999. In 2023, Marc partnered with his long-time associate, Tim Ryan, to form Chapdelaine & Ryan. Admitted to practice in Massachusetts in 2002 and the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts in 2003, Marc specializes in civil litigation, personal injury, criminal defense, fiduciary litigation, and catastrophic injury. Timothy R. Ryan

Timothy R. Ryan is a partner at Chapdelaine, Ryan, and Associates, where he brings over eight years of legal experience to a wide range of practice areas. Admitted to practice in Massachusetts and the Federal District Court of Massachusetts, Timothy is committed to providing clients with diligent, responsive, and strategic legal representation. Timothy’s legal expertise spans several areas, including real estate transactions, estate planning, and civil litigation. He has successfully represented clients in the purchase and sale of real estate, as well as in drafting trusts, wills, and other estate planning documents. In the courtroom, Attorney Ryan has handled numerous civil matters, including estate contests, motor vehicle cases, landlord-tenant disputes, civil defense, and personal injury cases. His comprehensive approach to legal problems ensures clients receive thorough counsel, whether in negotiation or trial. A 2016 graduate of Suffolk University Law School, Timothy earned his Juris Doctorate, where he was honored with the Jurisprudence Award for Labor Law. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in English, summa cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, where he also minored in History. Outside of his academic achievements, Timothy’s dedication to the legal field has earned him recognition as a Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2021 to 2024. Born and raised in Lynn, Massachusetts, Timothy is a member of the Greater Lynn Bar Association and continues to serve the community through his legal practice.
