Robert V. Kryshak
Having started with this law firm in 1982 as a law clerk while attending Marquette University Law School, and practicing with this firm following graduation in 1984, I am now retiring from the active practice of law effective August 30, 2024. This has been a most enjoyable career, and not just a “job”. I treasure the relationships that I have established with my clients, staff and attorneys in this firm past and present, as well as the fine legal community here in Central Wisconsin and beyond. Thanks to all of you who made this a fulfilling and enjoyable time. I will continue my association with Nash Law Group in an advisory capacity, being listed as “of counsel” with the firm. I will maintain my license and office for the foreseeable future to help transition existing clients, be a resource for the other attorneys, as well as finishing a few pending matters that may require some time in court. Without reservation I can recommend all of my law partners, Chelsie Thuecks, Alex Hewett, and Tori Nanstad, to assist you with your legal needs in the future. Karla, my wonderful wife of 39 years (in 2024), and I look forward to spending more time with our children and grandchildren, as well as partnering with a variety of Christian ministries here and abroad. Thanks again, and the very best of God’s blessings to all of you!

Facing a legal issue can be a trying and scary time. Our legal system is confusing and, at times, unjust. My goal is to make the legal system more accessible by helping clients understand their rights. My clients are always my number one priority. I listen to each client to determine his or her individual needs and expectations. I promptly return phone calls and emails. I vigorously and effectively advocate for each of my client’s rights. We all have a voice, and I ensure that my clients’ voices are heard.

Gregory J. Jerabek
Attorney Gregory J. Jerabek has been selected by the American Society of Legal Advocates as one of the Top 40 Under 40 litigation lawyers for the State of Wisconsin for 2015. This is a significant achievement as each attorney must be formally nominated by a fellow attorney, have attained the highest degree of professional achievement in their field of law, and have an impeccable client satisfaction rating. The American Society of Legal Advocates is a professional organization of America’s top trial lawyers. Membership into the organization is by invitation only and is extended to those individuals who exemplify superior qualifications, trial results, and leadership in their respective state or major geographical area. Attorney Jerabek is a shareholder with Nash Law Group, a law firm dedicated to serving clients in central Wisconsin.

Miranda Tichareva
Legal mishaps create a lot of turmoil in one’s life and it is my duty to handle every case with utmost compassion and excellence for my clients. I believe that having an attorney who genuinely is passionate about seeing a sustainable and better outcome is the key to effective advocacy for your case. As an attorney, I am an advocate and educator. Clients leave my office with a full understanding of their case, the legal implications, and the possible solutions that are feasible to them.

Alex J. Hewett
When you are facing a legal issue, you should never have to worry about whether your attorney truly has your best interests at heart or is doing everything possible to assure a positive outcome. I enjoy developing a path forward for clients and making the legal process understandable. Moreover, I pride myself on promptly answering questions and providing status updates by phone, email and letter so that you never feel that you are left in the dark. At the end of the day, you can rest assured that I will effectively advocate for your rights in a variety of settings - be it a settlement negotiation or at trial.

Tori A. Nanstad
When it comes to resolving legal matters, it’s not uncommon for one side to feel like they are playing blindfolded with their hands tied behind their back. That should never be the case. I strongly believe that everyone should have a resounding voice when asserting their legal rights and an advocate to make certain that happens. I strive to provide my clients with a comprehensive understanding of their legal issues, possible implications, and potential rewards. I ground my professional success entirely on my ability to make clients feel comfortable, knowledgeable, and supported.

It is not uncommon for people to feel lost or frustrated by the legal process. People often have a difficult time navigating their cases because the rules and deadlines can get confusing (trust me, you’re not going crazy!). Facing legal challenges is never something you should have to do alone. You deserve to have a fierce advocate in your corner to help you navigate this process and have your voice heard. I strive to be that advocate by listening to your story, identifying potential legal pathways, and strategizing with you to help achieve your goals. As someone with a background in community organizing, I value my ability to develop strong relationships with clients and pursue creative yet powerful solutions to any problem we face.
