Joseph P. Humphrey

Joseph P. Humphrey was admitted to the State Bar of Wisconsin in 2008. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville (B.A. 2005, summa cum laude) and Drake University Law School (J.D. 2008, with honors). He is a member of the Dane County Bar Association and volunteers with the Schools of Hope Program, the United States Marine Corps League, and coaches the Middleton High School Mock Trial team. His practice focuses on civil litigation and personal injury, also handling collections, real estate deals, and estate planning.

Timothy M. Homar

Timothy M. Homar was admitted to the State Bar of Wisconsin and the U.S. District Court, Western District of Wisconsin in 2006. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin (B.A. 1999) and University of Wisconsin Law School (J.D. 2006, cum laude). He is actively involved in his community, serving on the Board of Directors for Sauk Prairie Healthcare, Sauk Prairie Dollars for Scholars, and 6:8, Inc. He previously served as a director and officer of the Sauk Prairie Chamber of Commerce and on the Sauk Prairie Municipal Court Commission. He is a member of several legal associations and practices general law with a focus on estate planning, trusts, real estate, contracts, municipal law, and business organizations. He has also been appointed as Village Attorney for Sauk City.

Steven A. Roy

Steven A. Roy was admitted to the State Bar of Wisconsin and the U.S. District Court, Western District of Wisconsin in 1977. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (B.A. 1974) and New England School of Law (J.D. 1977, cum laude). He serves as a City, Village, and Town attorney for various municipalities, is a Sauk County Court Commissioner, and a member of several legal associations. He has also lectured for University of Wisconsin Extension Estate Planning courses.

Thomas Arnon Allen

Thomas Arnon Allen was admitted to the State Bar of Wisconsin in 1992, as well as the United States Supreme Court, U.S. District Courts for Western and Eastern Wisconsin, U.S. Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit, and the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (B.S. 1984; Bacteriology) and University of Wisconsin Law School (J.D. 1992, cum laude, Wisconsin Law Review). He is a registered patent attorney focusing on intellectual property, general business, and corporate law, and also represents businesses in construction, commercial real estate, and employment law.

David A. Geier was a founding partner of the firm, practicing law in Madison and surrounding counties for over 36 years. He passed away on November 28, 2018. His dedication, selflessness, and tireless advocacy were guiding principles of the firm.
