Glenn Phillips

R. Glenn Phillips knows what it’s like to face seemingly insurmountable obstacles. He had a humble upbringing, and as a teenager, had to pitch in to earn money for his family. He had to fight to get into college and law school. Doug Weinmaster

Doug Weinmaster has taken numerous cases to trial in state and federal courts in counties across Washington state in his 25 year career as a trial lawyer. His trial-team record includes multiple verdicts and settlements in excess of $1,000,000 in courts throughout Washington State. Doug has represented clients in personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, products liability, and other types of legal matters. While no reasonable person wants to experience the risk and added stress of a trial, the Insurance Industry knows what lawyers are experienced and capable of taking a case to trial, if a fair settlement is not offered. Doug knows about this because he previously worked in the insurance industry. Prior to law school, Doug Weinmaster had the opportunity to see how an attorney could have a direct, positive impact on a personal injury victim’s life. While attending Gonzaga University School of Law, in Spokane, Washington, Doug worked work for a major insurance company where he got a firsthand look at how they evaluate cases and prepare cases. That experience proved to be invaluable when he transitioned back to the plaintiff’s side of personal injury law in 2001. Douglas H. Sanders

Douglas H. Sanders is a Phillips Law Firm attorney and partner. Mr. Sanders handles personal injury, commercial, and complex litigation as well as Workers’ Compensation. Throughout his career, Mr. Sanders has managed teams of attorneys and personnel handling thousands of cases, with a proven record of recovering millions of dollars for his clients. Mr. Sanders graduated from Duke University with honors cum laude in 1996. He attended George Washington University Law School where he graduated in June of 2000. While in law school, Mr. Sanders interned at the Department of Justice and worked on the Oklahoma Bombing Case. He received distinguished marks for his performance there. Thereafter, Mr. Sanders joined his family firm, Sanders, Sanders, Block, Woycik, Viener & Grossman, P.C., where he handled a large body of personal injury cases. Grant Smith

After earning his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington in 1987, Grant went on to complete his Juris Doctor at Quinnipiac University School of Law in 1993. Kelly Elford

Born and raised in Canada, Kelly Elford pursued higher education in the United States. While at university, he met his wife. On graduating magna cum laude, he went on to get married and then attend law school in the Pacific Northwest. Shortly after graduation he was sworn in as a U.S. citizen. Following law school, Kelly worked as a financial advisor and then segued back into the legal field where he initially focused on medical malpractice cases while living in Las Vegas, Nevada. In 2008, he was recruited to work for a law firm in Bellingham, Washington doing personal injury. Since that time, his legal career has focused on personal injury law with small forays into family law and immigration law. As an attorney, Kelly strives to bring the “service” side of “legal services” by being available to answer client’s questions and explaining the progress of their case in terms that allows his client’s the ability to make informed decisions. Outside of work, Kelly spends his free time with his wife and four children playing ball, going for walks or bike rides, or just hanging out.

Christine Kim

S. Christine Kim’s legal career has been focused on giving voices to the injured victims fighting against insurance companies. She started as a case manager, later a legal assistant/paralegal, then went to the University of Oregon School of Law to become a compassionate lawyer who dedicates her skills, training, and experience to advocate for her clients. John M. Graham

John is an avid athlete, competing in marathons and triathlons. He is an instructor in martial arts and has surfed exotic hidden locations. He resides in Kirkland with his wife and kids. They have traveled extensively, including a two year trip circumnavigating the world. John has climbed Mount Kilimanjaro (19,340′) and Mount Rainier (14,411′).
