Glenn Phillips
R. Glenn Phillips knows what it’s like to face seemingly insurmountable obstacles. He had a humble upbringing, and as a teenager, had to pitch in to earn money for his family. He had to fight to get into college and law school. Those experiences helped form the philosophy that drives Phillips Law Firm - a philosophy that no matter what obstacles we face, we must overcome them and fight as aggressively and as ethically as we can for the best interests of our clients. Attorney Glenn Phillips has been practicing law since 1984. Early on in his career he realized that the playing field was not level, and that very few people are equipped to defend their own rights. It became his mission to offer regular people a chance for justice and closure to wrongs that were inflicted upon them. He has tried more than 100 civil jury cases and settled numerous million and multi-million dollar claims. He is actively involved in the firm’s defective drugs and devices practice, with an inventory of over 4,000 cases in his mass tort practice. He and his firm are recognized as leaders in pharmaceutical litigation and have been appointed to positions of leadership on associated steering committees, science/discovery committees, and JCCP’s. Attorney Glenn Phillips is a frequent speaker before such national groups as the National Trial Lawyers, American Association for Justice, Mass Torts Made Perfect, as well as state trial lawyer groups.
