Will Fontenot

Will Fontenot is the founder and principal attorney at Fontenot Law, practicing since 2007. He specializes in family law, estate and trust litigation, and personal injury cases. He has presented arguments before the Utah Supreme Court and graduated in the top twenty percent of his law school class at the University of Utah, where he was a William H. Leary Scholar. He received awards for outstanding performances in Family Law, Administrative Law, and International Business Transactions. He has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star for four consecutive years. He is a longtime resident of Davis County, Utah, and is fluent in French.

Lynna Shin is an attorney at Fontenot Law, specializing in family law, criminal defense, and estate litigation. She is known for her strategic solutions and compassionate client advocacy. Prior to Fontenot Law, she worked at Nelson Jones, PLLC (family law) and Mann, Hadfield & Thorne (family, criminal, estate, personal injury). Her experience also includes representing domestic violence victims in New Mexico and serving as a public defender in Missouri. She has strong communication and writing skills from teaching English and Language Arts at the University of Utah. Lynna earned her Juris Doctorate from Brigham Young University, and also holds a Master of Arts in Literacy/Reading Instruction and a Bachelor of Arts in English and History Education, both from BYU.

Danielle Crumb

Danielle Crumb is an attorney at Fontenot Law, known for her commitment and energy in advocating for clients. Ally was named one of the Top 10 Under 40 Attorneys in Utah by the National Academy of Family Law Attorneys (NAFLA). She graduated from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2019 and holds a B.A. in Journalism with a concentration in Political Science from Indiana University Bloomington. Ally is licensed to practice in Utah, New York, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah.

Meg Arnold

Meg Arnold is a licensed attorney in Utah and Missouri, specializing in family law, particularly complex, high-asset divorce cases, and estate litigation, probate, and trust administration. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law, where she was a Comment Writer and Staff Member for the Law Review and served as a judicial intern. She also holds an Intellectual Property Law Certificate from Peking University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Biology from Stanford University, where she competed in volleyball.

Angela Mock

Angela Mock is a paralegal at Fontenot Law, with previous experience at Blackburn & Stoll specializing in employment law and workers’ compensation. She manages divorces, drafts motions, assists with trial preparation, and handles personal injury and trust/estate litigation cases. Angela holds an honors bachelor of arts degree in Political Science from Westminster College of Salt Lake City.

Lexi Shaw

Lexi Shaw is a Paralegal at Fontenot Law, aspiring to attend law school. She graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Criminology. Lexi assists with legal research, document preparation, and case management, specializing in family law and estate litigation.
