William J. Wetering

Dan enjoys helping clients with various issues they are seeking counsel for and continuing to gain knowledge and experience in all areas to represent his client’s interest. Dan was admitted to practice law before the Minnesota Supreme Court in 2023.

Mark W. Shepherd

Mark W. Shepherd has over 35 years of experience in Social Security Disability and Workers' Compensation cases. He has appeared before Administrative Law Judges over 100 times and is a past President of the Minnesota State Bar Association’s Thirteenth District.

Brittany B. Sandager

Brittany Sandager was born in 1987 in Sioux Falls, SD. She graduated from Southwest Minnesota State University in Marshall, MN with a B.S. in Political Science and a B.A. in Justice Administration in 2010. Brittany attended the University of St. Thomas School of Law in Minneapolis, MN where she received her J.D. in 2015. After law school Brittany clerked for the Honorable Judge Terry S. Vajgrt in Rock County and later worked for the Public Defender’s Office in Worthington. Brittany and her husband Dakota live in Hills, MN.
