Roger C. McMenamin

Roger C. McMenamin is a founding partner of McMenamin & Wing, LLC. With over 25 years of experience in workers' compensation law, he has handled a wide range of cases. He graduated from Gettysburg College in 1991 and Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law in 1994. Roger is a member of several legal associations and was selected as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer® for Workers’ Compensation in 2023.

Thomas H. Wing

Thomas H. Wing is the managing partner of McMenamin & Wing, LLC. With nearly 10 years of experience in workers’ compensation law, he is known for handling tough cases. He earned his undergraduate degree from West Chester University in 2012 and his law degree from Widener University Delaware School of Law in 2015. Tom is actively involved in several legal associations and has been recognized as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers® Rising Star for Workers’ Compensation since 2020.

Jay Elliott Shor is Senior Counsel at McMenamin & Wing, bringing over 50 years of experience in representing injured workers. He is recognized for his pivotal role in the enactment of a 1996 law that allowed for the full settlement of workers’ compensation claims. Jay holds a B.A. from Pennsylvania State University (1964) and a J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh (1971).
