He has practiced complex tort and commercial litigation for more than 35 years and tried or arbitrated more than 250 cases. Over his 34 years of litigating cases, Chuck has defended individuals, small businesses, franchises, self-insureds, and over 100 TPA’s and insurance companies in various areas including liquor liability, motor carrier and transportation defense, premises liability, defamation/slander, construction defect litigation, motor vehicle liability, insurance coverage, commercial litigation, probate litigation, and appeals. Joseph B. Swan, Jr.
