Nicolette R. Nicoletti

Nicolette R. Nicoletti is the founder and managing partner of the Nicoletti Accident Injury Lawyers. She was born and raised in New Port Richey, Florida. Nicolette attended Genesis Preparatory School and graduated salutatorian of her class. She then went onto Saint Leo University for her undergraduate education. She graduated magna cum laude from the Honors Program with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science. While at Saint Leo University, Nicolette was President of Pi Sigma Alpha (Political Science Honor Society), Secretary of Alpha Phi Sigma (Criminal Justice Honor Society), and an active member of Delta Epsilon Sigma (National Scholastic Honor Society). Upon completion of her undergraduate degree, Nicolette attended the University of Florida Levin College of Law in Gainesville, Florida, where she obtained her Juris Doctor degree. During law school, Nicolette was active in the John Marshall Bar Association and was named to the Dean’s List multiple times. In addition to her scholastic achievements, during her time at UF Law, Nicolette served as a law clerk for Carter, Clendenin & Foreman, P.A. in New Port Richey, Florida, and was also a judicial extern to the Honorable Cheryl K. Thomas of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in Tampa, Florida. After being admitted to the Florida Bar, Nicolette returned to her hometown and began practicing personal injury law. Nicolette is passionate about giving back to her community and strives to give each client personalized representation and direct time and communication with the attorney while educating clients about the law and maximizing each client’s case value. Nicolette currently lives in Dade City and, in her spare time, enjoys spending time with her family, fitness, and nutrition.

Spencer Pastorin

After serving in the United States Air Force, and obtaining his bachelor’s degree at the University of Nebraska of Omaha, Mr. Pastorin then attended Nova University, where he obtained his law degree. Prior to joining Howell & Thornhill as a civil trial attorney, Mr. Pastorin worked as an Appeals Referee Supervisor with the Florida Department of Labor, and then became employed as an Assistant Public Defender in Polk County. As a criminal defense attorney, Mr. Pastorin has tried over 60 criminal jury trials. As a Civil Trial Attorney at Howell & Thornhill, Mr. Pastorin has tried jury trial cases against insurance companies and businesses for violations of State and Federal laws. Tatiana Boohoff

As the managing partner of Boohoff Law, P.A., I represent people and families who have been injured by the negligence of others. Sherri Scarborough

Sherri Scarborough was born and raised in Haines City and now resides in Winter Haven. Mrs. Scarborough is certified by the Florida Bar as a specialist in Civil Trial Law, a distinction less than 2% of Florida Lawyers hold. She is the only female attorney in Polk, Hardee and Highlands County that is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law. It appears that she is the only woman ever to be a Florida Bar board certified civil trial lawyer in Polk County. Sherri served as the chair for the Tenth Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee for the Florida Bar, a committee that investigates and assesses ethical complaints against lawyers in Polk, Hardee and Highlands County. Sherri is a former member of the Winter Haven Rotary and is a member of the Winter Haven Women’s Bar Association. Sherri is a member of the Lawyers Advising Lawyers program for the Florida Bar. She graduated from Troy State University and Nova Law School in 1993. She is married, has two children and enjoys sports, fishing and spending time with her family.

Morgan Gaynor was admitted to the bar in 1992 & has been a board-certified civil trial lawyer since 2008. He received his undergraduate degree at the University of Florida in 1988 & went on to earn his J.D. from UF College of Law in 1991. He is AV rated by Martindale Hubbell & is a member of Tampa Bay Trial Lawyer’s Association, Florida Justice Association, Million Dollar Advocates Forum, & 2021 Top Attorneys in Tampa Bay (Tampa Bay Magazine). Matthew Jacobs

Matthew Jacobs grew up in Kissimmee, Florida before moving to Tampa to attend the University of South Florida where he graduated Magna Cum Laude majoring in Political Science & minoring in Environmental Science & Policy. Matthew went on to earn his J.D. in 2014 from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law where he competed as a member of the ABA Labor & Employment Law Trial Advocacy Competition Team. In addition to being an active member of the Florida Bar, he is also an active member of the Washington State Bar. Matthew has dedicated his career to representing Plaintiffs injured in auto accidents, trucking accidents, slip & fall accidents, premises liability cases, & wrongful death cases. He has also represented individuals in claims against their homeowner’s & life insurance carriers, & employees in both State & Federal Court against their employers for violations of the FLSA & FMLA.
