Jerry O'Neil Jr. is a lifelong resident of the Lakes Region, heading the firm's litigation department with an active personal injury practice. He represents victims of defective products, severe automobile accidents, police misconduct, civil rights violations, and workers injured in work-related accidents. He is a past president and sustaining member of the New Hampshire Trial Lawyers Association/New Hampshire Association for Justice and a member of the American Bar Association, New Hampshire Bar Association, and Belknap County Bar Association.
