William D. Woodbury represents clients in New Hampshire’s State and Federal Courts, with an active Family Law practice handling divorce, child support, and relocation actions. With a strong medical background as an EMT, he represents injured workers, disabled individuals, and accident victims before various administrative bodies and courts, including ERISA long and short term disability benefits cases. He also represents individuals in wrongful termination cases and handles faulty construction, neighbor disputes, and land use matters. He is a member of the American Bar Association, New Hampshire Bar Association, Belknap County Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice, and serves as Belknap County Governor for the New Hampshire Bar Association and is a Past President and current Legislative Committee Chair for the New Hampshire Association for Justice.
