For more than 35 years, Alan has devoted his legal career to advocating for individuals who have suffered catastrophic personal injuries. With deep experience across a wide range of complex cases, Alan has represented clients in matters involving defective products-such as truck, school bus, saw, tool-and-die, and tire-changing machine manufacturers-as well as in litigation over vehicle rollovers, airbag failures, and design flaws in pools and waterslides. His work has also included wrongful death claims tied to liquor liability and dram shop laws, fire-related fatalities, and cases against government entities involving dangerous road designs. Alan’s extensive jury trial experience and tenacious advocacy have resulted in numerous seven- and eight-figure verdicts and settlements for his clients.
