About Alexa
Born and raised in Charleston, Alexa earned her J.D. from William & Mary Law School in 2024 graduating magma cum laude and was inducted into the Order of the Coif, an honor recognizing the exact top 10% of a graduating class. At William & Mary, Alexa participated in the Education and Family Law Society and worked at both the domestic violence and PELE (Parents Engaged for Learning Equality) clinics on campus. Alexa was the recipient of the Wayne M. Lee Endowed Book Award in her first year of law school and later received the CALI Award in family law, which recognizes the highest grade earned in the course. Alexa is a classically trained musician having earned a B.M. in vocal performance from Oberlin Conservatory and a B.A. in English from Oberlin College as a dual-degree student. Outside of work, Alexa enjoys painting, walking on the beach, and spending time with her husband and Italian Greyhounds.
