Before becoming part of our team, Alexia gained experience in various practice areas, including international trade law, family law, and landlord-tenant law. Her well-rounded background enables her to approach legal challenges with a comprehensive perspective. One of Alexia’s recent highlights involved assisting lead attorney and firm founder Pamela Tahim Thakur in a high-profile fraud case. Together, they secured a remarkable $2.5 million victory for the client, Excellus, in a case against FemCap, Inc. The court ruling exposed FemCap’s fraudulent conduct, leading to a significant milestone in a three-year legal battle. Alexia’s exceptional educational accomplishments further highlight her dedication to the field. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in Sociology from California State University Long Beach. She then pursued her Juris Doctorate degree from Chapman University Fowler School of Law. In addition to her legal expertise, Alexia is fluent in Spanish, enabling her to effectively serve a diverse range of clients.
