About Jack-Ryan

Jack-Ryan Quirk began working as an Associate Attorney at Thakur Law Firm, APC in May 2025, after working as a Law Clerk at the firm since November 2024. Jack-Ryan works on both litigation and transactional matters. His civil litigation experience includes partnerships and contract disputes. On the transactional side, he advises on medical corporation formations and agreements, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance for in-house clients across labor and employment law, data privacy, and healthcare. Jack-Ryan received his Juris Doctor at UC College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings) where he served as Co-Executive Notes Editor for the UC Law Business Journal. Prior to joining the firm, Jack-Ryan was a Law Clerk for a real estate litigation firm and an in-house legal intern for a biotechnology company. Prior to law school, Jack-Ryan obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Communications from California State University, Fullerton, and thereafter worked for three years in entertainment advertising at a Los Angeles media planning agency representing film distributor clients.
