
About Alexis
Alexis “Lex” Kramer was born in 1962 in Easton, Maryland. He received his undergraduate degree from Loyola College in Baltimore, Maryland, his Masters from Georgetown University, and his law degree from the University of Maryland. Since graduating from Loyola College in 1985, Lex has served as both an active and reserve Officer in the U. S. Navy and in 2005 retired as a Commander. He is a past President of the Board of Directors for the Critchlow Adkins Children’s Centers, a local non-profit, served as the Treasurer for the Talbot County Bar Library from 2003 through 2017, and, recently, served on a board for the local YMCA. Additionally, Lex has participated in the MSBA High School Mock Trial Program since 2007; represented numerous clients through Mid-Shore Pro Bono; and frequently conducts the Talbot County and Shore Legal Access Pro Se Clinics. Lex is engaged in a general practice including civil and domestic/family law litigation, banking, foreclosures, business, real estate, and estate planning and administration.
