About Amanda

Amanda Erickson is an Associate Attorney of JML Law, APLC’s Anaheim office, and practices in the field of employment law. Amanda joined JML Law, APLC, as a Law Clerk in the summer of 2022. After graduating from Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law and passing the California Bar in 2023, Amanda transitioned to an Associate Attorney, litigating single-plaintiff employment cases. Prior to law school, Amanda spent over 300 hours volunteering for the Legal Aid Society of San Diego in the Domestic Violence and Elder Abuse clinic, assisting self-represented litigants with restraining orders. During law school, Amanda worked in several transactional and in-house positions involving sports, entertainment, and higher education, developing invaluable legal writing skills. Amanda also worked for a boutique worker’s compensation firm, assisting professional athletes with worker’s compensation-related claims. Amanda spent her final year working for JML Law, APLC, on both the Law Motion and Litigation teams, fostering her passion for advocating for employees. Outside of work, Amanda enjoys hiking, reading, spending time with her family and friends, and running a small business with her partner.
