About Amanda
Amanda L. Nese is an attorney at Simon & Simon, PC, where she focuses her practice on personal injury litigation. Ms. Nese represents victims in all manners of injuries including motor vehicle accidents, falls downs, medical malpractice and wrongful death claims. She joined Simon & Simon, P.C. after practicing at an insurance defense firm in Pittsburgh. She previously held internships at plaintiff and defense firms, as well as the Allegheny County Conflict Counsel’s Office. Ms. Nese grew up in Johnstown, Pennsylvania and graduated Cum Lade from La Roche College where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice. She later earned her Juris Doctorate from Duquesne University School of Law. Ms. Nese resides in Penn Township with her husband and son. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
