About Ambrose

Born and raised in New Haven, Kentucky, Abe O’Bryan has spent his legal career practicing in courtrooms across the Commonwealth of Kentucky. He is licensed to practice in Kentucky state courts, as well as federally in the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky, and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. Abe’s values and passion for helping people are a core part of how he serves his clients and their needs. After four years in the United States Navy completing multiple combat missions on various aircraft carriers, Abe worked as an advocate for abused and neglected children with Court Appointed Special Advocates, CASA, while completing his undergraduate degree from the University of Louisville. He graduated from law school in the winter of 2015 and since then has almost exclusively practiced as a litigator and trial lawyer in complex commercial and personal injury matters representing businesses, consumers, and individuals needing to recover money from other individuals, businesses, or insurance companies. In 2022 Abe was published as the author of the American Bar Association’s model jury instructions on the tort of Injurious Falsehood, otherwise known as business defamation or trade libel.
