Amy Carson is a leading figure among the new generation of family law attorneys in Indiana, known for her compassionate yet aggressive advocacy in family law and appellate matters. She represents clients in divorce, custody, parenting time, child support, guardianships, adoptions, paternity, relocations, modifications, and other post-decree cases. An experienced litigator, she has appeared before both the Indiana Court of Appeals and the Indiana Supreme Court. She was elected Managing Partner in 2021 and again in 2024, and was named an Equity Partner in 2018. She was also recognized as a Super Lawyers 'Rising Star' from 2010 through 2021.
