Thomas Blessing is a partner and team leader for the firm’s Education Law Practice Group, specializing in education, personal injury, and civil rights law. He represents parents and students in claims under IDEA, Article 7, Section 504, Title IX, and ADA, and is a champion for the rights of children and people with disabilities. He has extensive appellate experience, arguing before the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals, Indiana Supreme Court, and Indiana Court of Appeals. He holds an AV Preeminent® Rating by Martindale-Hubbell and is a Life Member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
