Andrea M. Staub is a strong advocate for her personal injury clients, fighting for their rights against injustice and “Big Insurance.” Ms. Staub joined Metzger Wickersham in 2010 and focuses her practice on car accidents, premises liability, tractor-trailer accidents, and dog bites. During her time as a personal injury attorney, Andrea M. Staub has worked hard to develop her skills in and out of the courtroom. She has handled numerous arbitrations, depositions, hearings, and oral arguments. Ms. Staub has experience in front of juries and is comfortable in a courtroom setting. She has battled insurance companies, seeking just compensation for her clients for her entire career. Based on her experience, eligibility, and meeting specific requirements Attorney Staub secured admission to the Bar of Maryland. Ms. Staub was sworn in on July 28, 2022, by the Clerk of the Court of Appeals and is now licensed to practice in Maryland where she plans to focus on personal injury cases. Ms. Staub values helping injury victims get the legal representation they need to restore their physical, emotional and financial well-being. A competent and aggressive attorney, she always keeps her clients a top priority. Outside of the office, Attorney Staub enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and their family pets. She is also an avid gardener and furniture restorer.
