Andrew Smith focuses his practice on civil litigation, handling cases from complex commercial litigations to personal injury cases. He co-founded Smith + Schwartzstein LLC in 2009 and has successfully represented numerous clients throughout New Jersey and New York, practicing in State and Federal Court, including before the United States Supreme Court. Andrew specializes in commercial litigation, construction cases, discrimination/sexual harassment, and personal injury law, representing small businesses and individuals. He previously served as an Artillery Officer in the United States Army.
