Kathryn Schwartzstein focuses her practice on personal injury, civil rights and discrimination cases, commercial litigation, and transactional work. She also represents business owners in corporate transactions, litigation, and contract negotiations. She co-founded Smith + Schwartzstein LLC and previously worked as in-house corporate counsel for GoldenSource Corporation and the Technology Law Group of Prudential Insurance Company of America.
