Andrew Spears has been representing clients for over 20 years in Central Pennsylvania, bringing years of experience, dedication and passion to each and every case he takes on. He concentrates his practice on auto insurance litigation, general negligence, subrogation and complex litigation. Attorney Spears prides himself on taking the time to get to know each client and working with them to achieve the results they want. He provides the aggressive advocacy they need with the compassion and empathy they deserve. A New Jersey native, Attorney Spears was born in Long branch, NJ. He attended Susquehanna University, graduating in 1998. He pursued his legal education at the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania University, earning his J.D. in 2001. Prior to joining Caldwell & Kearns, Andrew practiced personal injury litigation at a prominent Harrisburg firm. Andrew lives in Cumberland County where he enjoys spending time with his family. He remains an active member in the community by regularly coaching youth sports. He has coached recreational and AAU baseball and basketball for years and enjoys watching his son and daughter compete in various sports throughout Pennsylvania.
