About Andrew

Andrew D. Swain is a litigator of civil matters for plaintiffs in Medical Malpractice, Nursing Home Neglect, Products Liability, Consumer Fraud, Motor Vehicle Accidents, Mass Tort, and Class Actions. He is dedicated to educating the public on the legal system, having served on the executive Board of the Young Lawyers Division of the Philadelphia Bar Association. He graduated from Franklin and Marshall College in 1991 and Temple Law School in 1994, also receiving an LL.M. in Trial Advocacy from Temple in 1997. He is admitted to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bars, as well as the U.S. District Courts in these states and the First and Third Circuit Court of Appeals. He has authored published materials and lectured on various legal topics.
