About Stephan

Stephan Goldstein has nearly forty years of experience counseling developers, owner-operators, investors, and institutions in commercial real estate matters, including purchase, sale, development, leasing, debt and equity financing, and workout of various properties. He is a graduate of Cornell University (1965) and Columbia University School of Law (1968). He has lectured on commercial real estate for the Philadelphia Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Institute. He was a member of the Bensalem Board of Supervisors (1978) and served as Solicitor to the Bensalem Township Zoning Hearing Board (1990-1993) and the Bensalem Township Code of Appeals Board (1991-2002). He is admitted to the New York (1968) and Pennsylvania (1970) bars.
