Andrew represents some of the largest residential and commercial property owners and management companies in various legal proceedings in the state of New Jersey. Andrew has negotiated favorable terms with state agencies on behalf of his clients and has experience in drafting well-thought-out residential and complex commercial leases which can result in parties avoiding the need for unnecessary and costly litigation when disputes arise. In addition to his legal representation, Andrew has written extensively on landlord-tenant issues and is a regular lecturer for the New Jersey and New York Institutes for Continuing Legal Education in the areas of leasing and related issues. In addition to servicing his real estate clients, Andrew specializes in civil litigation with an emphasis in personal injury. Andrew has handled matters in both state and federal courts and was previously associated with a leading insurance defense firm handling a range of matters from minor injuries to catastrophic loss, as well as products liability and warranty issues.
