Lawrence concentrates his practice in the areas of landlord-tenant, commercial litigation, business services, collections and community association law. During law school, Lawrence served as a law clerk to the Surrogate of Richmond County, Staten Island, New York, but has since focused his legal career on representing clients involved with real estate. Lawrence’s law firm experience prior to joining Sobel Han, LLP includes residential and commercial real estate transactions, land use, financial services, tax appeals and leasing.
