About Anne

Anne B. Jorgensen, Managing Shareholder of Jorgensen, Brownell & Pepin, P.C., is licensed to practice in Colorado, the U.S. District Court District of Colorado, and the U.S. Tax Court. As a litigator, Anne focuses on issues related to contested probate, trust, conservatorships, and guardianships. She also practices in estate planning, elder law, Medicaid planning, and long term care planning. She is accredited by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs. She was awarded a Pro Bono Award by the Boulder County Bar Association in 2011. She is regularly asked to speak at seminars regarding estate planning and elder law issues. She earned her law degree from the University of Colorado School of Law and completed her undergraduate studies at Arizona State University. She was selected for inclusion in the Top Attorneys of North America 2016 edition of The Who’s Who Directories, and earned a place on the 2024 and 2025 Colorado Super Lawyers list, and included in the 2025 edition of The Best Lawyers in America® for Elder Law.
