About Arthur

Arthur Cavataro has practiced law since 1989, earning his Juris Doctorate from Loyola University in New Orleans. He was a litigation law clerk and an Admissions Recruiter for Loyola. After initially representing corporations in Chicago, he joined Fetterman Law in 1992, choosing to advocate for individuals and families in personal injury and wrongful death claims. He has litigated cases across South Florida and the Treasure Coast, contributing to numerous verdicts, including an $8.1 million wrongful death verdict. He has also presented appellate arguments and directs the firm’s Personal Injury Department. He is admitted to the Florida Bar (1989) and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida (1991). He is a member of the Florida Justice Association (EAGLE Sponsor), Palm Beach Justice Association (former director), Palm Beach County Bar Association, and the Trial Lawyers Section of the Florida Bar.
