About Brook
Attorney Brook Miscoski has a unique background as a musician, composer, amateur botanist, and science fiction writer. He pursued music degrees from Florida Southern College and the University of South Florida, where his compositions were performed by the Florida Orchestra. He then attended Northwestern University School of Law, graduating cum laude and serving on the Law Review. He also led a research team for the University’s Center for International Human Rights, investigating death penalty practices globally. After starting his legal career in Dallas-Fort Worth, where he became a managing partner of a business law firm, he returned to Florida in 2018. He specializes in business and corporate law, including transactional and litigation practices, with a focus on working with businesses and non-profits in a cost-effective manner. Outside of work, he enjoys outdoor activities, playing in local orchestras, and writing.
