About Aubrie

Aubrie Linder joined Kaminsky Law in 2021 and is currently licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Originally from New York, Ms. Linder spent the last ten years living in Houston, Texas and has now returned to the Northeast. While in Texas, Ms. Linder obtained her undergraduate degree and Juris Doctor degree from University of Houston where she regularly made the dean’s list. Ms. Linder knew from the moment she started law school that she wanted to do litigation and participated in mediation and negotiation competitions as well as moot court. She was also the Operations Editor of the school’s Houston Journal of International Law and the secretary for the Evening Law Students Association. As a law clerk, Ms. Linder worked on various types of DTPA and FDCPA claims as well as general business litigation matters. After graduating law school in 2018, Ms. Linder was admitted to practice in Texas and opened her own firm where she handled family law matters as well as civil disputes involving the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services. Ms. Linder fiercely advocated both in and out of the courtroom to obtain favorable results and agreements for her clients. After moving to the Philadelphia area, Ms. Linder joined Kaminsky Law and while her focus is mainly in employment law, she also assists clients in business litigation matters, contract disputes, construction defects, and mechanic’s liens. She has found that her experience in family law has helped her under stand how important small business disputes and breakups are to those involved and is looking forward to helping client achieve favorable results.
