Erik Taskin formed Taskin Law Firm in 2025 and, shortly thereafter, became an advisor and of counsel to Kaminsky Law. Erik will assist the firm’s clients with contract drafting, due diligence, and other transactional work. Erik is a passionate advocate of small businesses. His practice includes residential and commercial real estate, leasing, financing, entity formation, property development, contract drafting, mergers and acquisitions, employment agreements, commercial loans, joint ventures, NDAs, and business buyouts and dissolutions. Erik Taskin is a Bucks County native. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh, and received his juris doctorate degree from Temple University. As a trusted advisor, he partners with individuals, business owners, and key leadership of closely held businesses, guiding them through a wide range of commercial and real estate contracts and transactions with precision and strategic foresight.
