About Avery
Avery C. Demland joined the firm in 2023 as an associate attorney. From Hicksville, Ohio, she graduated from Hicksville High School in 2016. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in English from Indiana University in 2020 and her Juris Doctorate from Ohio Northern Pettit College of Law in 2023. During law school, she interned at Drake, Phillips, Kuenzli & Clark. Avery represents individuals and businesses in estate planning and administration, real estate, domestic relations, personal injury, business law, guardianships, and appeals. She is active in Williams, Fulton, and Defiance Counties, and is a member of both the Ohio State Bar and Williams County Bar Associations. She also serves on the Williams County Airport Board and the board for the Williams County Community Theater. Avery is involved in One Five Motorsports, her family-owned race team, and previously coached volleyball at Hicksville High School.
