About Aylin

Ms. Morales practices in the area of first-party property insurance involving residential, commercial, and automobile claims, as well as third-party liability and personal injury. Ms. Morales has handled cases at all phases of litigation, including trials and appeals. Prior to joining Levy & Partners, PLLC, Ms. Morales was employed at a boutique law firm that represented insureds in coverage disputes where she gained hands-on experience in order to effectively and efficiently represent clients. Ms. Morales has completed the required training and as of June 23, 2023, is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court Civil Mediator. Her name has been added to the list of certified mediators on the Dispute Resolution Center’s website. Mediation is an alternative dispute resolution process used to resolve legal matters. As a mediator, Ms. Morales serves as a neutral impartial third-party assisting in bringing closure and resolution to disputes. Ms. Morales is admitted to the US District Court, Southern District of Florida. She also attended Nova Southeastern University and received her bachelor’s in 2001. Soon after she got her J.D at the University of Miami School of Law in 2004. Ms. Morales has significant representation and decision in Luciano v. United Property & Casualty Insurance Company, 156 So. 3d 1108 (Fla. 4th DCA 2015).
