Omar Salazar is a devoted husband, father, and advocate of truth. He represents individuals and legal entities in complex business litigation, commercial real estate litigation, fraud, Civil Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (“RICO”) Act litigation, mass tort, and multidistrict litigation, and in professional and medical malpractice actions. Mr. Salazar has gained extensive experience in complex litigation involving multiple and international parties and as a result, handles some of the firm’s more complicated litigation cases. Mr. Salazar has experience in trying jury and non-jury trials. His practice areas are spread throughout State and Federal Courts and represents individuals from all over the country in mass tort multidistrict litigation in federal court.
