Basmah E. Raja is an Associate Attorney at DiFrancesco, Bateman, Kunzman, Davis, Lehrer & Flaum, P.C. in Warren, New Jersey. Basmah joined the firm in June of 2023. Basmah is admitted to the Bar in the State of New Jersey. Basmah specializes in providing legal services and representation to individuals and their families in the areas of employment and education law. Her experiences include labor and employment litigation stemming from wrongful termination and discrimination claims, as well as, experience in representing school districts in special education matters. Basmah graduated and received her J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2021. Prior to joining the Firm, Basmah completed an internship at the Education Law Center in Philadelphia and after graduation she clerked for the Honorable Michael E. Erdos at the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas.
