Benjamin Jones is a Board-Certified 'Expert' Trial Attorney with over 100 jury trials and countless evidentiary hearings since 2006. He holds an 'AV Preeminent' rating from Martindale-Hubbell, recognizing his high legal ability and ethical standards. At Snedaker Law, Mr. Jones leverages his personal experiences fighting insurance companies-including a battle over medical insurance during cancer treatment and a three-year dispute with his property insurer after a tornado-to advocate for Florida's injured and accident victims, as well as their medical providers. His practice focuses on personal injury and 'PIP' litigation. He has extensive litigation experience across various legal areas, from traffic tickets to death penalty cases, employment disputes, and corporate compliance. Mr. Jones is licensed to practice throughout Florida and in the United States Middle District Court of Florida, appearing as lead counsel in numerous counties. He has been published in The Florida Defender magazine and guest lectures at 'Public Defender College' for the 9th Judicial Circuit. A native of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, he earned dual degrees in Philosophy and Economics from Emory University and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami. He lives in Orlando with his wife and two children, enjoying UCF football, theater, and frisbee golf.
