About Shannon

Shannon Snedaker is a trial attorney in Florida, passionate about helping people and seeking justice. She has exclusively practiced accident and injury law throughout her career, gaining insight into insurance company operations from her early career representing them. Her personal experience with her brother's brain injury fuels her empathy and advocacy for clients in various personal injury cases, including car accidents, slip and falls, medical malpractice, and wrongful death. She believes in prioritizing each client's interests and ensuring they are heard. Shannon has been recognized by Martindale Hubbell with an 'AV' rating and inclusion in their directory of Preeminent Attorneys. She was instrumental in forming the Seminole County chapter of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers, serving as its inaugural President, and remains active in the organization. Governor DeSantis appointed her to the 18th Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission, where she serves until 2024. She received the 2020 Woman Leader in The Law award, was designated a 2020 Super Lawyer in personal injury, and named in the 2020 Edition of Florida Trend’s Legal Elite. She also has an AVVO 10 Rating and received the AVVO Client Choice 2019 award. Originally from Arcadia, California, she moved to Florida for her undergraduate degree at the University of Florida and attended Barry University Law School in Orlando. She resides in Central Florida with her three children and three stepchildren, enjoying family time and volunteering.
