Brad Smith is an attorney with nearly two decades of experience, practicing in all Arizona state and Federal courts since 2001. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law. As a former prosecutor, he gained extensive experience prosecuting thousands of serious felony crimes at the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office before entering private practice to aggressively represent those charged with serious crimes.
