Marc Adair has dedicated his legal career to defending the criminally accused in State and Federal courts, handling cases from misdemeanors and DUI to serious felonies. He brings decades of courtroom and trial experience, aggressively defending individual rights. Before joining Suzuki Law Offices, he was a sole practitioner focusing on criminal defense and also represented plaintiffs in personal injury cases for about 5 years. He is well-versed in Arizona bail bond and surety law and represents many Arizona bail bond companies. He is licensed to practice in all Arizona state courts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, and the U.S. Court of Appeals 9th Circuit.
