Bradley S. Farrar has been practicing law for over 20 years and has been serving the diverse business, corporate and real estate law needs of Shipley & Horne’s clients since 2012. He holds a Juris Doctorate from The National Law Center at The George Washington University and is admitted to practice in Maryland and before the United States District Court of Maryland. Mr. Farrar specializes in administrative law, creditor’s rights, real estate, and property management law, representing owners and developers in various legal proceedings. He is a nationally recognized expert in affordable housing programs and economic and community development, with over 15 years of government, legal, and business experience. He previously served as Deputy Director of a quasi-governmental redevelopment agency and a municipal Department of Housing and Community Development.
