About Brady

Brady D. Smith, born in Reston, Virginia, earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Bryan College and his J.D. from Lincoln Memorial Duncan School of Law in 2023. He joined the Garza Law Firm as an extern in 2022 and now focuses on criminal law. He is admitted to practice in Tennessee and North Carolina. He has received awards including a Governor’s Citation from the State of Maryland and an award for the most outstanding underclassman in Political Science.
