About Breann

Breann Straw has been with Emerson Straw PL since 2012 as firm administrator and an Associate Attorney. She handles pre-litigation and post-resolution matters. Breann has assumed the official role as the law firm’s Chief Operations Officer. Breann handles personal injury cases in the Tampa Bay area, as well as health insurance-related cases and social security disability claims. Breann graduated from the University of Kansas in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science. She attended both Florida Coastal School of Law and Stetson Law School, and graduated from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2004 with her Juris Doctorate. While attending law school, Breann was the Business Editor for Florida Coastal School of Law Law Review and worked for the St. John’s County State Attorney’s Office as a Certified Legal Intern. Before she joined Emerson Straw PL, Breann was an assistant state attorney under Bernie McCabe, Esquire at the Pinellas County Florida State Attorney’s Office. Breann was raised in Nixa, Missouri and now resides in Clearwater, Florida with her husband and three children.
