Brian W. Kincaid is an of counsel attorney in our Litigation Group. Brian’s practice concentrates on matters before the Municipal, Civil, Chancery, Family and Appellate Courts of the State of New Jersey as well as the District Courts and Court of Common Pleas in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He has successfully represented clients in the Family Courts of the State of New Jersey in adoption, alimony, divorce, child support, custody, and parenting time matters for over 30 years. He has also assisted clients in the drafting and negotiation of prenuptial agreements. Brian has been certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Certified Trial Attorney, a designation granted to less than 2 percent of all of New Jersey attorneys. As a Certified Trial Attorney, Brian has obtained substantial recoveries for clients who suffered significant injuries in auto accident, slip and fall, and dog bites cases in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
