About Lisa

Lisa M. McQuade is a Senior Associate who regularly appears in the federal, state, and municipal courts of New York and New Jersey, litigating over a wide variety of legal disciplines. Lisa started her career as a criminal defense attorney working for the Legal Aid Society of New York. As a trial attorney, she represented defendants from arraignment to trial. During her 10-year tenure, she gained extensive grand jury and trial experience and obtained numerous acquittals at trial. In 2011, Lisa returned to the practice of law and joined FSKS as an associate. Her practice focuses on litigation of commercial and real property for creditors and other small businesses in both state and federal court.
