About Brooke

Ms. Wilhelm is a Partner at Franklin, Franklin, & Associates, based in the firm’s Beaumont office. A native of Southeast Texas, she completed her grade school education in Deweyville, TX. After high school, she attended Lamar State College-Port Arthur on an athletic scholarship, playing first base for the Seahawks from 2014 to 2016. Ms. Wilhelm continued her education at Texas State University from 2016 to 2018, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing. During her time at Texas State, she was recognized for being in the top 15% of her class, received an academic scholarship, and won awards for her writing and performance in a mock moot court competition. She pursued her law degree at Mississippi College School of Law from 2019 to 2022. While in law school, Ms. Wilhelm served as a Barbri Student Representative and participated in the Mississippi College School of Law Veteran’s Clinic, providing services to local veterans in the community. In October 2022, Ms. Wilhelm was admitted to the Texas State Bar. She is currently a member of the Jefferson County Bar Association. In 2024, Ms. Wilhelm began serving on the Board of Directors for the Lamar State College Port Arthur Foundation. At Franklin, Franklin, & Associates, her practice areas include family law, bad faith insurance, & personal injury while her primary focus will be on family law. Outside of work, Ms. Wilhelm enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors.
