In 2021, when I was hospitalized for a tumor, the first document I received before any bills or records was a denial of my claim from my health insurance company. They had not reached out to me, my healthcare providers, or made any inquiries at all regarding my claim. They just flat denied it and forced me to fight my way through an appeal. In 2005, When parents’ home was hit after Hurricane Rita, they discovered that their policy had changed to exclude downed trees, and they had over 200 trees down on the property. Instead of getting paid the $100,000.00 for tree and debris removal, which their previous policy had covered, they instead received nothing due to an insurance agent error and omission. I know firsthand the problems and stress of dealing with an unreasonable insurance company, which is why I take your insurance claims seriously. I’ve been there. My family has been there. Although I do handle defective products, accidents, injuries, and other cases, my passion, and my primary practice area has been insurance claims: business interruption, fire, hail, hurricane, tornado, and even burst pipe claims. We believe in advocacy and excellence. We advocate for our clients and zealously pursue their cases until we reach a resolution. We hold bad actors accountable and fight to make sure that our clients get what is owed to them.
